The Challenge

Health clinics require real-time, AI-driven insights from complex patient data, securely and efficiently. The challenge involved mitigating Vertex AI model restrictions (handling 404 errors during SDK migrations) and stabilizing a distributed pipeline over PostgreSQL.

The Solution

Implemented a provider-agnostic, event-driven backend. Forced `v1beta1` endpoints locally to bypass experimental model restrictions, routing telemetry streams strictly through Secure Service Accounts.
