The Challenge
Most fitness apps focus purely on tracking workouts without educating the user on biomechanics or injury prevention. The challenge was to build a dual-purpose platform that serves as both a rigorous workout tracker and an interactive educational hub for anatomy and joints.
The Solution
Developed a Next.js-based application integrated with PostgreSQL and Prisma, featuring intelligent workout programming, interactive anatomy models, and joint mechanics modules.
