Civic platform dynamically analyzing citizen issue reports with Generative AI architecture.
The Problem
City issue reporting systems lack intelligence. Incoming reports (traffic, infrastructure) require heavy manual triage. Community networks also demand verified reputation tracking.
The Solution
Integrated an AI analysis pipeline during the `ReportIssueModal` flow. Raw text and images are evaluated by AI, auto-categorized, mapped, and appended with urgency tags straight to the Supabase backend. Embedded an exclusive invite-only membership framework.
